Sweden’s H&M Move to launch affordable performance wear

The Snow collection aims to make mountain protection more accessible without compromising on performance. Mfon Boman, H&M Move’s Outdoor product manager, explained, “By introducing performance wear that balances function with highly fashionable snow gear, we want to inspire everyone to hit the mountains. Given the level of detailing and high-quality materials, this collection is taking our snow sports segment to the next level.”

Collaborating with outdoor agency Grand Studio, H&M Move has incorporated innovative fabric technologies into the collection, including the windproof, waterproof, and breathable StormMove, the heat-retaining ThermoMove, and the quick-drying and moisture-wicking DryMove, the company said in a media release.

H&M Move is launching its Snow collection in India between November and December.

The collection includes oversized jackets, snow pants, ski trousers and more.

The Snow collection offers a complete layering system for both men and women, featuring oversized jackets, baggy snow pants, fitted ski trousers, non-quilted puffer jackets, modern one-pieces, and a high-performance StormMove 3-layer shell set for men. Women can choose from colours like black, white, and bright red in the first drop, followed by black and beige in the second, while men have options of black, grey, white, and purple. Accessories like mittens and goggles will also be available.
