This building stands on the site of the former Palazzo Pertusati Gropallo, which was designed by the 18e architect of the century Simone Cantoni and once considered a model of the neoclassical style, Kering said in a press release.
French luxury group Kering has inaugurated its new 9,500 square meter offices in Milan’s Palazzo Pertusati, located in the heart of the city’s business and luxury district. Jean-François Palus, Managing Director of the Kering Group, highlighted the decision as an important step, strengthening Kering’s role in Italy’s luxury and business landscape.
Jean-François Palus, CEO of the Kering group, said: “We are delighted to move our Italian headquarters to this magnificent location in the heart of Milan’s business and luxury district, symbolically confirming Kering’s role as a key pillar of the Italian luxury landscape and Business. After the installation of the 162,000 m² global logistics hub in Trecate (Novara) in 2021, and the continuation of major investments by the Group’s Houses in Italy, these new offices represent an important step for Kering’s presence in the country, and I am sure that they will contribute to further strengthen the sense of belonging of the more than 13,000 Group employees in Italy.
The interiors have been completely reconfigured for flexible use, optimal natural light and a comfortable experience: five floors are dedicated to workspaces with more than 300 formal seats. The decor is enriched with iconic pieces of Italian design, arranged in spaces finished with organic colors and textured materials and surrounded by an environment emphasizing natural greenery.
Leed Platinum and Well Gold sustainability certifications will soon be achieved, the company said.
