The Amazon founder is officially engaged to Lauren after about four years of dating, sources close to the couple confirm to E! News. The couple went public with their relationship in 2019, the same year Jeff announced his split from his wife MacKenzie Scott.

“My best example is the relationship I have with my eldest son’s father, Tony,” Lauren continued. “Tony and his wife [October “Tobie” Gonzalez] are my best friends. Tony and Tobie were at Thanksgiving with us [this year]. I’m so proud of it. Lauren also opened up about the relationship she built with her fiancé, noting that in this case, being together is what really makes the heart grow fonder.
“It’s the greatest experience I’ve ever had,” she shared of working closely with him. “I’ve always had a very separate career from my partner. We love being together and we love working together. He helps me with the book. He gets his pilot’s license. We fly together. We train together. We’ we’re together all the time.”
In 2019, Jeff and MacKenzie announced they were separating after 25 years of marriage. Hours after the news broke, multiple outlets reported that the billionaire was secretly dating Lauren.
Since splitting from their respective spouses, Jeff has detailed what he loves most about his other half.
“Lauren is the most generous, big-hearted person you’ll ever meet,” he told CNN in November. “She’s an inspiration on every level. She’s generous with someone she’s just met, she’s generous with everyone, and she’s generous in the big, too.”
