If you know me, you know that I love all luxury. I know what you’re thinking. Yeah, Grace, who doesn’t? But I’m one of those people who really love luxury. This obviously goes for clothing and accessories, but when I said it all, I meant it all, especially if I’m traveling to a new city. The first thing I do is research restaurants that offer the most luxurious dining experiences, top notch spa services, and of course all the luxury hotels in the area. That being said, when I heard about a collaboration between two of my favorite brands, luxury hotel chain Four Seasons and luxury accessories club Vivrelle, I was extremely intrigued. But even better, both companies wanted to invite me to the Four Seasons Houston to see in person what the collaboration was all about and experience it for myself.
If you’re unfamiliar with Vivrelle, it’s a luxury club that offers access to designer handbags and jewelry for a monthly membership fee. So, for a fraction of the price, you have access to a closet of designer bags and accessories. As a luxury lover myself, I’ve been a member since I was still in college and have borrowed so many pieces that have totally enhanced my looks. As a fan of the Four Seasons and Vivrelle, I was looking forward to packing my bags and heading to Texas.
I was intrigued by the idea of these two forces of luxury coming together, saying to myself, What could a hotel and a luxury accessory rental company collaborate on? But once I arrived, it made perfect sense. We’ve all heard of some luxury hotels offering complimentary courtesy vehicles upon arrival. Thus, customers have the opportunity to take it for a ride. Well, now you have the option to do the same, just with a Chanel bag. You check into the Four Seasons Houston (which has an absolutely gorgeous lobby, by the way), and as you approach the front desk, there are Vivrelle bags on display, available for you to use during your stay. So maybe a Prada bag for brunch and a Bottega for dinner? Vivrelle and Four Seasons have made this an option for you. This is the kind of luxury experience I’m looking for.
The two days I spent at the Four Seasons Houston were exactly what I was looking for. From the time I landed to the time I left it was 10 seconds across the board. We dined in the many restaurants in the hotel (and I must say that every meal was delicious), enjoyed a spa service and did a bourbon tasting with other editors and luxury accessories enthusiasts. Safe to say, this was my dream weekend.
What I really love about Vivrelle is that it really works for every luxury accessory lover at every level. Whether you’re just starting your collection and want the chance to try out new bags without committing to buying one, or you’ve been collecting for years and want to try something new. Not to mention, tons of our favorite fashion designers, from influencers to editors and celebrities, are known to love this service.
I had such a great time at Housto, and once back in town I started thinking about the luxury bags I tried on from Vivrelle and loved so much I wanted to invest in, as well as to some that I haven’t tried yet but can’t wait.
