Ranbir Kapoor gets candid about fatherhood
On Kareena Kapoor Khan’s What Women Want, Ranbir Kapoor described himself as “very good” in labor. He said he was by Alia Bhatt’s side all the time as he took a sabbatical from work. He also revealed that he stayed in the hospital for a week. Ranbir also shared the moment he first held Raha Kapoor. It was magical, he said. The actor said he held her as soon as her umbilical cord was cut. Then Alia held her close to her neck and it was a “magical” moment for Alia Bhatt.
When asked how highly he would rate himself as a father on a scale of 1 to 10, Ranbir Kapoor replied that he would rate himself a 7. Not a bad score for a new father. . He also shared that they had many sleepless nights. He was quoted as saying: “We have a lot of help, but still for the first two months at least we had a lot of sleepless nights because when you have the excitement of your first child and she sleeps between us in bed, you I’m alert even with just a little movement.”
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have decided to keep their daughter Raha Kapoor out of the public eye for a few years. Not a single photo of the little one has made its way onto the internet. The couple also asked the paparazzi not to click on their photos with their daughter and to respect her privacy.
