The star of “Big Brother” Abbot of Christmas no longer seeks protection from your ex, Memphis Garrett …but the ex-couples will still keep their distance from each other, TMZ has learned.
Sources familiar with the matter tell us…Christmas voluntarily denied his request for a restraining order against Memphis…this after she filed a domestic violence complaint against him in March.
We’re told the reality star made the decision after Memphis agreed to a no-contact deal. Although it may seem like they are all good, they are not at all.
Christmas tells TMZ… “While I loved Memphis, I believe our marriage was unhealthy and abusive. I was granted temporary protection from the courts after demonstrating what I consider domestic violence. Although We are currently going through divorce proceedings, we both put our families first.”

She says Memphis and her son (from a previous relationship) are staying in the family home… while she chooses to make a fresh start in a new residence with her son, who she took in with her ex. Benjamin Bunn in 2018.
She adds… “He has accepted a court order that he will no longer contact me, and I wish him well for the future.”
Christmas and Memphis were fan favorites on “BB,” having met on season 22 of “Big Brother: All-Stars.” The duo confirmed they were officially an item after the season ended… getting married in 2022.
This alliance was not meant to last, however…we broke the story in March, when Memphis filed for divorce. Sources tell us allegations of infidelity and lying were at the heart of the breakup – with Christmas and Memphis pointing fingers at each other.
Sources close to Memphis tell us he thinks Noel made up the DV claims…so he’ll end up with the law. Cops then escorted Memphis and her son from the family’s Fort Lauderdale home. Hoping they can finally turn the page… and move on.
