Cincinnati Bengals Defensive end Myles Murphy has signed his four-year rookie contract, NFL Network reported Friday.

All contracts involving first-round selections include a fifth-year team option.

Murphy, who was selected with the 28th overall pick, became the third first-round selection in the 2023 NFL Draft to sign a contract. Murphy, 21, had 17.5 sacks and 37 tackles for loss, to go along with six forced fumbles, in three seasons with Clemson.

He earned All-Atlantic Coast Conference first-team honors in 2022.
